FHA Lowers Mortgage Insurance Premiums In a move that could make homeownership more affordable to more families, the Federal Housing Administration (FHA) is reducing annual mortgage insurance premiums by 0.5 percentage points. Read NAR President Chris Polychron's statement applauding the move.
